We were excited to welcome members of the 1996 cohort back to Twyford for their 30-year reunion at the weekend, bringing together old friends for an afternoon of laughter, memories and catching up.

Brilliantly organised by Alex Jamieson, the reunion attracted a fantastic turnout, with alumni travelling from across the UK and further afield. A special mention goes to Chris, who flew all the way from Hong Kong, a wonderful reflection of the enduring friendships formed at Twyford.

The group enjoyed a tour of the school, revisiting familiar landmarks - Upper School, Chapel and the swimming pool in particular -  whilst stories flowed freely as memories were rekindled and old anecdotes retold. Particular highlights were the discovery of the original wooden lockers still standing in the hall, prompting plenty of excitement and a few nostalgic moments plus the reappearance of some original 'Vince Patientia' merchandise worn by Louisa!

It was a total pleasure to host the group and see so many friendships still thriving 30 years on. We look forward to welcoming them back again in the future.

If you would like to arrange a reunion for your yeargroup, please do not hesitate to contact Charlotte.
