Parent Masterclasses series welcomes former international rugby player Toby Flood

The recent excitement of the Six Nations provided the perfect opportunity to launch our series of Parent and Alumni Masterclasses, with Twyford parent, and former international rugby player Toby Flood.

Toby visited the School to give a fascinating presentation to Years 7 and 8, about the highs and lows of his journey from schoolboy rugby to winning three Premiership titles and earning 60 caps for England. This was followed by a very enthusiastic and engaging Q & A where over 20 questions were asked!  The Year 8s were then treated to a bespoke training and skills session on the first team pitch - a brilliant afternoon!

If you would like to lead a Parent and Alumni Masterclass moving forward, please do contact Charlotte Lawrence (clawrence@twyfordschool.com).  We are looking for experts in everything from architecture to cookery, fashion designers to medicine and robotic engineers to zoologists.  If you are happy to share your expertise with the School, we would love to hear from you.
