A huge congratulations to new Lioness Lucia Kendall! 

We are enormously proud of Old Twyfordian Lucia (OT 2017) who has received her first senior England call-up, a remarkable milestone in a career that began right here in Hampshire. Her recent debut resulted in a 3-0 win against Australia with Lucia being awarded 'Player of The Match'.

Having represented her country from U15 through to U23 level, making her WU debut vs. Italy in 2023 and scoring her first goal against Sweden in 2024, Lucia's journey is one of talent, dedication and determination. 

A Winchester Flyers player at just seven years old, she went on to mkae over 100 appearances for Southampton Women team. This summer, she took the next step in career, signing with Aston Villa.

We were thrilled to welcome her back when she kindly visited to give two coaching sesssions to the girls. 

We couldn't be prouder!
