One of the real joys of the new sporting season is seeing Old Twyfordians reconnect on the sportsfields and pitches, and this weekend was a great example.

Great friends Eddie H and Fred J (OTs 2026) found themselves on opposite sides for the first time since leaving Twyford and heading off to their respective secondary schools. The pair were delighted to catch up at the first Dauntsey's v KES fixture of the term, creating a great reunion on the rugby field.

It was fantastic to see such a strong friendship continuing to thrive beyond Twyford. Moments like these are a wonderful reminder that while pupils may head off in different directions, the friendships formed here often last for many years to come.
